Berry purées and mashed berries
Berry purées contain only the pulp and juice from the berries; the skin and seeds are separated. The structure of the final product can be adjusted depending on the sieve selected. Our berry purées are 100% natural products, containing the natural flavour and colour of the berry.
Mashed berries include the skin and seeds in addition to the pulp and juice. Some of our purées and mashes are also available as organic products.
Berry purées and mashed berries are ideal as raw materials for jams, nectars, jellies, ice-cream and dessert sauces as well as smoothies and similar snack drinks.
